Hi, I’m Cheryl!
A designer with a CS brain and a gamer’s heart — building playful, user-centered design that bridges design and development.
About me
I’m an M.S. student in UX Design at Purdue with a B.S. in Computer Science. I’ve designed at Rollbytes Inc., interned at Able Studio, and explore side projects that blend gamification and everyday problem-solving.
For me, design is not just about building things — it’s about creating experiences that engage users in a story and invite them to shape their own journey through the product.

Outside my work
Welcome to my home in Animal Crossing!
In my spare time, I dive into games, books, and anime. These interests sharpen my aesthetic sense, spark curiosity, and inspire playful, user-centered design. Even as a casual gamer, I find joy in the systems, stories, and emotions that shape my creative approach.
Outside of design, I enjoy creating illustrations, sharing them on a dedicated Instagram account. It’s my way of relaxing and enjoying cozy moments.
